Fantastic experience: Kelly investigated multiple flight options to India for us via Singapore and the flights had to accommodate travelling with two children. She gave practical suggestions with time zones and we ended up getting a slightly cheaper return flight doing a short transfer through Auckland. Extremely helpful and listened to our needs.
