Fantastic experience: All the three members of the team ie Sijo, Anup and Melvin are highly approachable and supportive. I could freely trust them as I booked my tickets. They are very cooperative and helping. They have given me special rates for booking tickets as I went abroad as a student. I had certain prejudices and pre ill conceived thoughts before I had been into and immersed with the entire team having full of fun and joy clubbed with the facts. To my great astonishment and wonder some twists and turns came upon, out of the blue. We came back with our hearts full. Rev . Fr Anchanikal , Sr. Ann Maria and Sr Lizbeth had provided us with the sublime thoughts and tips in the back drop of historical places from the Biblical backgrounds. In essence it was a travelogue anyway. Team manager Sijo and Binu had been up to par from all perspectives . I can’t help saying the guide Nadir was out of the world who led us to cloud 9. At certain areas there were something left to be desired that’s in terms of food service on board at the very outset. Sehion Tours has scored a big mark! Negative experience: Expensive when compared to other agencies chartered flight. It was a rip off in this pandemic. Gave me an invoice of $43 instead of $2650. I wouldn't book through if I had any other options available.

Fantastic experience: The way this charter was organized was good. The airlines followed the right protocols. Food was provided. One suggestion to Sehion travels though, noticed lot of senior citizens waiting outside the airport for their connecting flight, wish some kind of waiting/resting area along with a person to co-ordinate can be arranged by you. This wait outside the airport can be agonizing for the elderly considering the time they have already travelled. Overall, a good service.

Positive experience: In Cochin international Airport the immigration process was done quickly and our luggage was at the right weight. Singapore Airlines was a great flight for us. The flight was comfortable and the food was great. The hospitality of the flight attendants was remarkable. At Auckland Airport the people we’re friendly and we did all the routine pretty quickly. I was glad that the Airport officials were strict about the social distancing rules. We are quarantined at a hotel provided by the government. The hotel is clean and nice and the food is amazing. The hospitality services are also great here. I thank Sehion travels for arranging such a great chartered trip for us. Compliments of the hotel (only 2 or 3 sentences)

Fantastic experience: Sehion Tours & travels organised a repatriation charter flight from Kochi India to Auckland New Zealand on 11/09/2020 made the journey hassle free and so much successful. Singapore Airlines charter flight ✈ allowed all of the passengers 40kg check in luggage plus 7 kg cabin baggage this happened purely because of Sehion Tours & Travels communication skills with the airlines . They are very professional, cooperative, clarify your queries with utmost responsibility & patience. Sijo Abraham is the benchmark for succeess.

We were quite apprehensive at first as this was our first time with Sehion.From the time we booked tickets to the time the flight landed in Cochin we were well informed and any queries that we had were responded in a timely manner. My parents are quite elderly and it was a relief that they did not have to change flights at Singapore and that it was only a refuelling stopover. I was almost stuck overseas with Covid19 cancellations. I was promptly informed about the cancellations and managed to get me another flight to get back to NZ just in time. My messages were promptly answered and phone calls got answered even after business hours. I needed documents for claiming travel insurance and had to request a refund for cancellation. Fantastic experience: The pilgrimage to the Holy Land with Sehion Tours from 13th to 24th February was a real spiritual journey where we could have a time of entering into the realities of what is there in the Bible.
