Negative experience: I am dissatisfied with the services I've received. In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I booked two tickets: one round trip to India and one one-way trip from India to New Zealand. It has now been over four years since I requested my refund, and I have yet to receive it. I constantly have to reach out to ask for updates, as the team has never taken the initiative to inform me.

Negative experience: These people have the worst customer service, they advertise cheap tickets and within minutes say there are no seats and dont respond to calls or messages for inquiries. Dont knw how they are running a travel agency, most likely sitting in their garage acting to be travel agents. Dont waste your time or money on these people go to the professionals.

Negative experience: Puneet helped me out on this one. I needed to go to India in emergency as my ex-father in law passed away and I had to fly with kids so they could say their last byes to their grand father. This man was most irresponsible, after going back and forth few times, he promised me the tickets are booked and next thing was, I had no tickets booked and this man stopped answering my calls. I booked the tickets myself from expedia on 12th hour and did end up paying a lot more for my return ticket as I was waiting for Puneet to confirm he had booked the tickets. very disappointed

Negative experience: Most worst experience i ever had to send the money overseas through them. I have all the proofs even address proof but their staff who do not have the knowledge or non experience. He refused to send the money because i did not stamp bank statement which ever do not need any stamp if statement online so unfortunately you lost your customer.

Negative experience: I don't recommend this store when receiving money abroad via western union. Guy behind the desk said "western union is not working at the moment". I've been using Western Union for more than a decade and this is the first time someone said that to me. Please treat everyone as a potential customer, you can send or receive money almost anywhere through western union not only India.
