Negative experience: Very bad customer service over the phone. Really needed to book my flight ASAP. Whatever i have ask he was kept telling it is not possible, this gonna cost. I said don’t worry about money. Seems he wasn’t interested to make money or do the business.

Negative experience: Didnt like it at all , I asked them about Queenstown deal and they said it ended , but when I called other stores they did have a deal, staff was not helpful anyways and then when I asked other Eco travels store , I got to know it is a franchise based and they run different deals, if that person would have told us we wouldn't have lost a deal on Queenstown.

Negative experience: We had purchased tickets from them in the beginning of 2020. The biggest mistake ever made! Unfortunately we couldn’t travel due to COVID. Now we have been chasing them since 6 months for a refund. They are never present in their physical address. They never respond to calls and texts on the first go. You literally have to chase them down. They are inconsistent on their words. They have also deducted a percentage from the full amount paid. False promises!! Worst service you can ever get. Better deal with people who knows their business and can offer hassle free customer service. Will never buy from them again!

Negative experience: Bad customer service. They argue for everything you ask. They are not that great comparing to the other deals anyway. Even if you go with them you will not get any refund if you cancel the ticket, cancellation fee etc and if you want to upgrade, dont even think about it. They dont say anything up when you buy the ticket. But later on all they say is a no. This is my last time using ECO travels. Very bad experience.

Negative experience: I was dealing with eco travels for years and have referred it to many. But not anymore. Pradeep, you really need to organise yourself. If you really busy then you need to let your manager know. Because of you I lost $600 as you said you have blocked 2 tickets for me and I trusted you. I called you twice to say that I am happy to do the payments too, you said we can do it later and ascertained me that the tickets have been blocked, just because you were busy and then When I called in at a later stage to confirm your staff member said it was never blocked in the first place. I then booked it through other travels and happy to recommend them to the rest of my friends and family. Very appalling.
