Negative experience: I would recommend this agency if you want to waste your money and time. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. I booked a return ticket with them and when I wanted to change my return date, they were not helpful at all. They would not return my messages or calls. When they did, their response was that they cannot find a ticket and I have to pay separately for another return ticket. I booked another ticket with another agency to come back to NZ. This agency did not refund me for my return ticket. The only reason I booked with this agency at first was to receive good help if I need to change my tickets or anything. Very disappointed. Otherwise, I could find better and more affordable flights myself online. I recommend to book directly with the airline instead of this agency.

Negative experience: Hopeless service, we had very bad experience with this agency, they good at selling tickets and don't have any after sales service. We bought ticket for our trip to India last year November(2019),on our way back we had a transit from Brisbane to Auckland where we were supposed to have meals on the flight by Air New Zealand, as per our ticket which we didn't receive. On our arrival the Air New Zealand flight managers apologized with us and wanted to provide us with a meal voucher at Auckland airport but after liaison with the team leader that was impossible. The flight manager requested us to write to Air New Zealand to ask for refund for the meal cost for 4 passengers. Also, Air New Zealand flight meal list didn't have our names thus couldn't provide us with meal. We were 3 adults and a child, my mother is a diabetic patient, my husband was having hay fever cause of weather conditions in different countries and my 4-year-old had to starve on Air New Zealand flight. My son was feeling hungry and wanted to eat. My husband requested the flight manager to give something to my son, so she offered a bun for dinner, shame on Air New Zealand. We all were seating at different locations far from each other thus couldn't communicate. We 3 are citizens of New Zealand and my mother is citizen of Australia who had to suffer flying with our own airline. Anyway furthermore, I wrote an email to Air New Zealand and since we bought the ticket from Travel point we were asked to inform Travel point to send an email to Air New Zealand to have this matter resolved so I informed one of the sales staff at this agency on 7 January and she told me that she has passed the message to Nidhi (manager) but it was until 17 January I didn't receive any response so thought of discussing about this matter directly with Nidhi who told me that she will have to go through the fare details and now its 4 Feb I haven't received any response from her. I was told by the sales staff that they have written to Air New Zealand but when I requested them to forward the email that was sent, they couldn't why because they never sent anything. This agency is good at selling tickets without any after sales service, “very poor service indeed”. I explained to Nidhi that Air New Zealand has different fare types, Nidhi doesn't know what "The work “on a boarding pass mean and she is asking me instead. I have been travelling around the world and this is the first time I bought the ticket from a travel agency cause I was travelling with my family and we had different countries that we wanted to visit so I thought I will get a better deal but to be honest it is worth buying the tickets directly from the airline website. It will be easier to resolve matters like the one we faced without any dilemma. Our experience with Travel point was pathetic. I will never recommend anyone to travel point.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, unreliable service. Unwilling to resolve issues and answer queries. I would not recommend these travel agents to anyone
